Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all digital downloads, online courses, challenges, and physical products sold through bettermoney.world.

 

1. Digital Products (E-books, PDFs, Templates, Tools)

Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.

This is because:

  • They are instantly delivered

  • They cannot be “returned”

  • Full value is received upon download

However, if you experience:

  • technical issues

  • corrupted files

  • wrong product delivery

2. Online Courses or Challenges (Paid Versions)

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase only if:

  • you did not access more than 20% of the content

  • you can show the course was not as described

  • you provide a valid reason for the request

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • change of mind

  • incomplete participation

  • loss of interest

  • inability to commit time

 

3. Physical Products (If introduced later)

We accept returns/refunds for physical products if:

  • item is damaged

  • wrong item received

  • item has manufacturing defects

Conditions:

  • Request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Product must be unused

  • Product must be returned in original packaging

Refunds will be issued after the product is received and inspected.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless it was our error.

 

4. Duplicate Payment / Billing Errors

If you were charged twice or charged in error, we will:

  • verify the payment

  • issue a full refund

Refunds may take 3–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

5. How to Request a Refund

Email us with:

  • Your full name

  • Order ID

  • Product purchased

  • Reason for refund

  • Screenshot (if applicable)
